Request Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your HelHal account on helhal.com and in the HelHal mobile app (Android and iOS). You can complete the request yourself after signing in — no need to contact support unless you cannot access your account.

Delete your account on the website

Sign in to your account at helhal.com/auth.
Open Settings and go to the Account tab.
Choose a reason for leaving, then tap Delete Account and confirm.

Delete your account in the HelHal app

Open the HelHal app on your Android or iOS device and sign in.
Go to More → Settings → Account.
Choose a reason for leaving, then tap Delete Account and confirm.

What happens when your account is deleted

Your public profile and services (Gigs) will no longer be visible.
Active orders in progress will be cancelled.
You will be signed out and will no longer be able to sign in with that account.

Data that is deleted and data we may retain

Data removed or no longer accessible

Your profile information and public listings.
Active services (Gigs) associated with your account.
Active login sessions and device tokens.
Push notification registrations for your account.

Data we may retain

Completed order and delivery records required to resolve disputes.
Billing, invoice, and payout records required by law and accounting rules.
Support and dispute correspondence tied to past transactions.
A record of your deletion request (including the reason you provided).

Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes are retained only as long as required by applicable law and our policies, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Cannot access your account?

If you cannot sign in, email us at info@helhal.com from the address linked to your HelHal account. Include your username and a request to delete your account. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
