Welcome to UpPhoto, a multi platform network for photographers and videographers to manage profiles, receive leads, and benefit from referral rewards.

By using UpPhoto, you agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Eligibility

To use UpPhoto, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Agree to these terms.

• Be using the platform as a service provider (not a client).

2. About UpPhoto

UpPhoto is intended only for sellers (photographers, videographers, or other freelancers). It allows you to:

• Set up and manage your professional profile.

• Showcase your work.

• Get leads from clients via the website frontend.

• Participate in referral programs to earn credits.

Clients do not use the UpPhoto app. All client interactions happen on the web.

3. Referral Credits

• Users can share invite links or referral codes.

• If a referred user earns their first freelance payment, the inviter gets credits (a fixed percentage of the first amount).

• These credits are shown inside UpPhoto and can be withdrawn manually after admin approval.

• Credits are not used for in-app purchases.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

• UpPhoto does not support or process payments within the app.

• Clients pay the admin directly, outside the app.

• Admin uses the bank or wallet details in your profile to send payouts.

• The amount shown inside UpPhoto is for reference only and reflects your approved balance.

5. Permissions

UpPhoto may request access to:

• Notifications: To send booking alerts, credit updates, and admin messages.

• Location: To show or tag services by region (optional).

• Camera & Photo Library: To upload your work or set your portfolio and profile image.

• Device Lock/App Lock: For securing the app with your device’s lock (biometrics or passcode), if you enable the app lock feature.

All permissions are optional, but certain features may not function without them.

6. User Conduct

You agree:

• To provide accurate information.

• Not to upload inappropriate or copyrighted material.

• Not to misuse referrals or attempt to fake earnings.
  Violations may result in suspension or removal.

7. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts if terms are violated or if fraudulent activity is detected.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continuing to use UpPhoto after updates implies agreement.
