We offer several payment options, including online payment via credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments upon agreement.
4.How can I communicate with the freelancer?
Once you select a freelancer, you can use the internal messaging system on your dashboard to communicate directly and clarify your project details.
5.When is the payment released to the freelancer?
The payment is held securely until you confirm the successful completion of the project. After that, the payment is released to the freelancer.
6.Can I cancel a project after it has been accepted?
You can cancel a project in exceptional cases. Please contact support to review your case and guide you through the next steps.
